Rewards Program Terms

Elixir offers a rewards program, which is governed by the following terms and conditions. By participating in the rewards program, users agree to the terms set forth below. Elixir reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.

1. Earning Rewards:
   Rewards are earned on eligible purchases as determined solely by Elixir. Eligible purchases may include, but are not limited to, medicines, nutritional supplements, health check-ups, gym memberships, and insurance purchases. Elixir reserves the right to modify the list of eligible purchases and the rate at which rewards are earned without prior notice.

2. Redemption:
   One Elixir reward point is equivalent to one rupee (INR 1). Users may redeem rewards to purchase gift cards available on the Elixir app. Elixir reserves the right to alter redemption methods, thresholds, or the value of reward points at any time without notice. Redemption may be limited by the frequency or the amount of rewards that can be redeemed.

3. Non-Transferability and Expiration:
   Reward points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, except as allowed by Elixir’s specified redemption process. Elixir may impose expiration periods on rewards points at its discretion and is under no obligation to notify users in advance.

4. Fraudulent Activity:
   Elixir reserves the right to review and cancel rewards earned or redeemed through suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the program. Elixir may also suspend or revoke a user’s access to the rewards program without notice.

5. Program Changes:
   Elixir reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, including any modifications to earning rates, eligible purchases, redemption methods, or program discontinuation. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform or website.

6. Liability Limitation:
   Elixir shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of rewards points or inability to redeem rewards, arising from changes to or termination of the rewards program.
